  • Provide CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) which includes historical data for your property and similar that are both on the market and sold within the prior year.  Present to you and photograph property

 

  • Suggest a 'list price range' based on the CMA.  Ultimately, you, the Seller, will decide what to list your property for.
  • Prepare North Carolina Real Estate Commission approved legal listing documents
  • List property in local four MLS services for maximum exposure including Sanford, Triangle, Fayetteville and Pinehurst/Southern Pines. 
  • Include photos in all listing information.  Create custom-developed Virtual Tour for all of above marketing avenues.
  • List property in several websites: C21.com, Realtor.com, SanfordOurTown.com, and my own website DiscoverSanfordNC.com

  • Coordinate with Selling Broker or Buyer through closing
